À la Folie is a pastry contest that Délifrance held for young pastry artists, a contest in which taste and abstract art converge. Pastry artists were required to interpret the tartelette in their own way.
The final evening with the winner’s award ceremony, attended by 12 pastry artists who emerged from a selection of 500 participants, was held in the Triennale’s Hall of Honor and was followed by a gala dinner and live performance by Serbian artist Mihailo Beli Karanovic.
