Brixia sacra is an app developed for Viva! which curates a Museo Diffuso project for the Diocese of Brescia. The app, available for Android and iOS. allows people to visit the churches of Brescia while having textual insights and unpublished images at their fingertips.
How does it work?
In the churches, we have installed beacons near the most important works, and the user, once they download and activate the free app on their smartphone, receives push notifications when they are near the work. Notifications allow for in-depth content related to the work itself but also for browsing and choosing thematic paths suggested by the app.
