On May 24, we had the honor of planning, implementing and participating in the
Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund gala event in Cannes.
. Together with Trigo, we turned our ideas into a sparkling and memorable reality.
This was a project that kept us in close connection with the Foundation and saw the establishment of an international working group. America, Africa and Europe, 3 continents that held hands in order to arrive at the goal together.
Shake took care of every detail: from choosing the location to setting it up and customizing it. Stage, screen framed by hundreds of roses, tables and mise en place, light setting of the entire location, backdrop for photocall, audio and video direction.
People with significant roles took turns on stage bringing very moving examples of solidarity and motivation. Then came the time for Magic and Coockie Johnson, two special Ambassadors of the Nelson Mandela Foundation who have spent and committed themselves tirelessly to charitable, welfare and inclusion projects.
Highlight of the evening was the soprano and tenor performance of arias from Rigoletto and Traviata.
Two artists from the Luciano Pavarotti Foundation accompanied and presented by Nicoletta Mantovani, who witnessed the generous and emotional encounter between Luciano Pavarotti and Nelson Mandela.
Seeing our work come to life in an event with important and meaningful content was exciting and rewarding.
